Physical book

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in resellable condition. Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/defective. Contact us for an RMA before sending returns.

Digital products (PDF)

Due to the nature of digital files, all PDF sales are final once the download link is delivered.

Damaged or incorrect items

We’ll replace or refund at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
